Multifunctional complex in a residential block

About the project
Designed in the premises of the ex Krasny Vyborzhetsk factory, this multifunctional center includes an exhibition venue with gardens at Level 3 and a view of the atrium with its skylights. From here, visitors and users can get to the business area over above-the-ground bridges that pay a tribute to the industrial history of this place. The facades include green installations equipped with climate systems. These will attract the views and help the new center stand out.
