About the project
The house is mainly intended for summer recreation, and it has an infinity pool. The garage is intended for three cars, but as a typical Ukrainian middle class family has at least three sedans and two premium class offroaders, there is an additional parking, too. The building is surrounded by water and features are transformable layout in both the private and the guest sections. One of the sides outlooks the sea. Along the perimeter, the house can be closed with folding wall panels.
