The club house is located in Petrovsky Island, its main facade outlooking the embankment of the Malaya Nevka and shaping the panoramic view.

Its detailed facades finished with Jurassic marbelized limestone make the building really unique. Designed in the modest contemporary Neo-classical style, the house is a highly functional and aesthetical place. Its yards are private and the parking area is located by the river. These two areas are connected with the main lobby. Apartments located at Level 1 and at the top floor have terraces with great views of the river.
