About the project
This development comprises several sections with different number of storeys (6 to 10), which ensures that many of the apartments have got the view. The tallest part of the building is 34.4 m.
The courtyard is vehicle-free, and there’s a parking for 189 cars. There are 309 apartments with some commercial premises available for rent. Main finishing materials are bricks, plaster, and concrete, but the lobbies are designed with stained glass windows, too.
