About the project
The shape of the house is conditioned by its location. The corner façade outlooks the road, and the highest section stands behind the others not to interfere with the general view.
Pergolas at the stylobate connect the yard premises with the street and bring commercial premises into focus. Another highlight is the glass lobby with the green wall inside.
Play and sport grounds along with leisure zones are designed at the stylobat accessible from the 2^nd floors of the buildings, which makes them private to a certain extent. The parking zone is concealed within the stylobat, and the guest car lots are designed along the driveways.
