The Siege Medicine Museum is the first of this type in Russia and can be rightfully called unique. It commemorates the heroic deeds of the health workers who were saving lives of Leningrad defenders in 1941 through 1944.

Throughout almost 900 days of the Siege, they were taking care of wounded patients and sick people, and saves dozens of thousand citizens. The area of the museum is 100+ square meters, which was enough to locate 40+ exhibits and showcase 9 video and audio narrations about medical workers who stayed in the city under the Siege.
