About the project
The northern prospective of the site is the Caspian Sea while the forest in the south is it's southern prospective. Being in the middle of the newly built town and tourist contexture and simultaneously alteration in body language of existed contexture which is caused by means of constructions could change the visual taste of the audience in compared to the mental findings about northern villages with sloping roofs, ambulatories, terraces, environmental and climatic communications, the revival of nostalgic memories of the audience (directly and indirectly) in parallel with renewal on two aspects of visual and mental form of the project was engendered and the designer has tried to improve it in design procedures. Therefore, the surrounding facades, project's field itself and the connections of natural alternatives of the region (sea, forest, sky and existing texture landscapes) with the project were provided by means of vertical and horizontal gaps, respectively.
