About the project
The site is located within a residential development and is crossed by a natural ravine of about 8 to 10 meters deep and 30 to 50 meters wide. As it is a certain landmark, the authors decided to beautify it and put it to good use. At its spur, they designed radial terraces supported by retaining gabions with wooden benches. At the bottom, there will be an artificial pond.
The building image is also conditioned by the terrain. Its form naturally continues the land around it, making it perfectly fit.
