About the project
The complex comprises three buildings, two of which are listed as cultural heritage sites. At the start of the project implementation the buildings were in poor condition as they weren’t  used for twenty years. The brickwork was largely lost, the proportions and forms of the window and door openings were distorted. The project included the restoration of the historical structures and hence their authentic charm. By contrast, the third building, dating back to the Soviet era, was done up to look modern and thereby highlight the historical beauty of the other two. The buildings are now is use for commercial and public purposes again.
