About the project (provided by the applicant)
The customer bought a site with a built foundation, but the original project was in the classical style and the new owners didn’t like it at all. The designers used the existing foundation as a starting point and created an absolutely new house which matched the customer’s needs. The interior design features minimalism, and the basic shapes of the interiors repeat the outer lines of the building. The vertical zoning ensures separation of the public zone at Level 1 from the private area at Level 2.
