About the project
The project has to become a favourite place for the citizens and remind them that they live in an ancient city on the Volga.

The public centre was chosen to improve the living standards and overcome social disunity. The building restores the quarter that used to be there, resembling both a market, some traditional red brick domes and bell towers, and forming a convenient city plaza. It has a connection with the existing park, which contains the basement of the ancient church.
