About the project (provided by the applicant)
A project of a typical private house for a settlement designed in Yoomoota art universe. This is a three-level house of 210 m², extensive open zones and an attic floor. The design solutions are based on the combination of three elements associated with a specially invented fiction plant.
Moreover, in the terrace a sculpture featuring this plant will be installed. Furniture, lamps, and design elements were specially created for the house.
This proposal is intended for seismically active areas, so it uses earthquake-safe energy efficient building solutions with the steel pipe support frame and monolith LWC.
