About the project
The design site is on the bank of the Irtysh River, on the former cargo pier of a wood processing plant. A multifunctional residential estate of 6 residential sections ranging from 9 to 15 floors is designed. The estate faces directly onto the embankment, and the area in front of the building is being landscaped as a public urban space. The courtyard spaces will be closed, but all residents of the area will have access to the embankment. The quarter is divided into two blocks with a pedestrian area in the middle. Built-in commercial premises are planned on the ground floors.
